When Are You Open?

Cottages will open in Spring 2022. Lodge announcement will be forthcoming. Our golf course remains open now through October 22, 2021.

Is the Resort Open to the Public?

Due to ongoing renovations and construction, the resort and main lodge are not open to the public. The resort will open to the public officially in Spring 2022 when guests arrive.

When Are You Open?

Cottages will open in Spring 2022, as well as the reopening of our golf course. Lodge announcement will be forthcoming.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

We require a notice of cancellation a minimum of 30-days before your stay for a full refund. If you cancel your booking within 30 days of your stay, you will forfeit your deposit (50%).

Is there WiFi?

Complimentary, high-speed WiFi is available for guests on the property.

Is On-Site Laundry Available?

Our on-site, self-service laundry shack is available and open for guests.

Where Do You Park?

Complimentary parking is available in the main lodge parking area. Parking at cottages is reserved for check-in and check-out, otherwise guests should move their cars to the lodge lot. Should additional parking be required, please contact the reservation desk before your stay.

Is the Alpine Family Friendly?

The Alpine welcomes guests of all ages with family-friendly experiences and amenities for all. Pets are not permitted in the cottages or the main lodge.

Do You Offer Group Discounts?

Group rates are available upon request through our reservation desk at info@alpineresort.com.

What is Your Pet Policy?

Pets are not permitted in the cottages or the main lodge.

When is Check-In and Check-Out?

Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Guests looking to extend their stay can contact the reservation desk for an additional hourly charge past 11 am.

Are Meals Included?

Meals are not included in the cost of your reservation. We invite guests to dine at the resort and clubhouse bar and grills. Beverages are not allowed outside of guest rooms.

Can I Bring My Own Food, Camper, or Grill?

Tents, campers, private grills, and fire pits are not permitted on the property. Guests found in violation of this policy will be charged $250 per violation.

Do You Have Wheelchair Accessible Lodging?

ADA-accessible cottages are available for booking on a first-come, first-serve basis. Contact the reservation desk for further information or further accommodations at booking@alpineresort.com.

When is the Course Open?

Our course is open from April – October. Our course will close October 16, 2021 and will reopen with our cottages Spring 2022.

Do You Offer Memberships?

Yes! We invite golfers to take advantage of our annual memberships. For more information or to purchase an annual membership, please contact the clubhouse at golf@alpineresort.com or 920.868.3000.

Is There a Tent or Dedicated Space Available for Event Use?

Hosts will have access to a 40×100 sailcloth tent with full word flooring on a level grass area steps away from the waterfront. Indoor space is available upon request and will be available by Summer 2022. Renovated indoor kitchens and bathrooms will be available for use. More information is available upon request.

What Capacity Can You Accommodate?

The maximum capacity for a sit-down dinner is 225 guests and for an informal, cocktail reception it is 250 guests.

What is the cost to rent the space?

We invite guests looking to host their event with us to reach out at events@alpineresort.com for custom pricing based on event size and needs. Wedding rentals start at $7,000 and interested couples are invited to reach out to weddings@alpineresort.com for more information. The final cost for all events will be determined in partnership with Door County Event Planners.

What’s Included in the Rental Fee?

Rental fee inclusions are determined based on event needs and the length of the event.

Can We Provide Beverages for Events?

The Alpine retains a Wisconsin state liquor license. By law, all beverages must be purchased and supplied through the Alpine. Beverage minimums for events start at $4,000.

How Many Cabins Will be Available to Block for Event-Related Bookings?

Blocks of 29 cabins and 5 clubhouse rooms will be available for priority booking for event guests on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guests are subject to the same minimum night stay and terms.
