Alpine Cottages & Guest Houses - Rates
Cottages are open May 24 – Oct. 19. They are located on the resort grounds and have a living room with wetbar, small fridge, microwave, hot plate, toaster, and coffeemaker. Daily maid service is provided.
Guest Houses are open May 1 – Oct. 31. They are located off the resort grounds and have full kitchens. Linens and towels are furnished – No daily maid service. See description of Guest Houses.

Extra persons: Adults $10/night or $60/week. Children ages 2-11 $6/night or $36/week. Children under age 2 no charge.
All Cottages and Guest Houses have TV, A/C, heat and private bathroom(s).
Small pets are accepted in some houses at an additional charge of $21 per pet per day.
Please note: Pets, private grills, tents and campers are not allowed on resort grounds. There are no telephones in accommodations.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Check-In Time is 3:00 p.m. on day of arrival.
Check-Out Time is 10 a.m. on day of departure.
The Alpine does not add gratuities for housekeepers, luggage carriers or bartenders. Please take this into consideration when planning your stay. There is a charge of $5 for each lost key.
Please note there may be minimum-stay requirements for the dates you request.
DEPOSIT/PAYMENT — A 50% deposit (unless otherwise specified) is required within 7 days to hold an accommodation. Balance due upon arrival (See below).
CANCELLATION — A service charge of $25 per accommodation will be withheld for cancellation costs. The remainder of the deposit is refundable only if cancellation notice is received at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, 90 days for guest houses, or if accommodation is later rented for the dates reserved, less handling charge.
RESERVATION POLICY - Check your confirmation for arrival and departure dates. If the reservation is changed after arrival you will be responsible for the original reservation dates.
Payment for accommodation balance may be in the form of cash, personal check, travelers check, Discover, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Rates subject to 5 1/2 % sales tax and 5 1/2 % room tax.
